A podcast with a twist!

We play darts while chatting with guests from business leaders to inspiring voices, its real talk, good company, and some darts for fun.

We started The Oche & Us as a bit of fun — two mates who love darts, love helping people, and are proud to be part of the local community.
 
We wanted to do something that brought those things together, so we came up with the idea of playing darts (something we both enjoy — even if Will still can’t hit a double!) while inviting local people and business owners to come over, have a game, share their story, and chat about their goals.
 
The idea was simple — to support local businesses, give them a platform to promote what they do, and have a laugh along the way.
 
After chatting with lots of guests and working closely with our brilliant marketing team, we started thinking about how to make this even more effective — not just for us, but for everyone who joins us at The Oche & Us.

We’re now planning to add new ways to support our guests and the wider community, including banners, sponsorships, and opportunities for local businesses to get involved.

Companies will be able to sponsor branded banners that will be visible in all our event videos — giving your business ongoing exposure, as well as a shout-out on every post.

It’s all about growing together — building a space where community, conversation, and a bit of friendly competition come together to help local businesses shine.

With a keen eye for detail and a knack for creativity, Danny ensures that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Fun fact! The shows are filmed at his house! His infectious laughter and warm personality light up the room, making him not just a colleague but a friend to everyone on the team. Whether it’s organizing a shoot or lending a listening ear, Danny’s dedication and kindness make him indispensable. We’re lucky to have him steering the ship and keeping the spirit high with his legendary tea breaks!

Meet Will, a fun-loving dad to one daughter and one son. He’s the mastermind behind booking the fascinating guests you see on your screens.
Will is the wizard handling all the behind-the-scenes magic. He’s the creative genius organizing the cool merchandise the team flaunts in posts and videos. And, of course, it was Will who dreamt up the catchy name “The Oche & Us.” Remember, where there’s a Will, there’s a way!

Fun fact: Ava is the creative mind behind all of our logos.
She is responsible for generating video content, thumbnails, and segment ideas. – Including editing ALL of them.
However, this process can be quite time-consuming, so we are grateful for the support of Joe from magic marketing on social media.
Ava runs our Youtube and Spotify. Those main videos you see… Yup that was Ava.
At just 19 years old, Ava is an invaluable asset to our team. Additionally, she takes charge of the setup. Everything you see, she has crafted!
